O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners and threatening to dispossess them from their respective lands totally admeasuring Ac.9.13 guntas in Sy.No.111/1/91 at Narsampet Village and Mandal, Warangal District. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. The 2nd respondent is constituted as Nagara Panchayat and on behalf of the Nagara Panchayat, the Commissioner has filed the counter affidavit stating that the respondents never interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and never threatened to dispossess them from their lands. It is also stated that respondents 1 and 3 have no interest over the dispute between the revenue department and the petitioners.

In view of submissions made by the respondents 2 and 3 in the counter affidavit, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 05.06.2015 dv
