I.A.NO.2 OF 2025 (For Being Mentioned) The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State is present in Court. The Memo filed on behalf of the Office of the Public Prosecutor dated 21.04.2026 is taken on record.

The Memo contains a categorical statement that the State/Public Prosecutor does not intend to press I.A.No.2 of 2025, which was filed seeking to recall the order dated 25.04.2025 and restore Crl.A.No.300 of 2025 and for imposing costs on the life convict prisoner/accused No.2 for suppression of facts before this Court.

We accordingly deem it fit to dismiss I.A.

No.2 of 2025 as not pressed, in terms of the statements made in the Memo.

The other statements made with regard to the appellant/life convict prisoner in Crl.ANo.300 of 2025 with regard to suppression of material facts and playing fraud upon the Court are discounted.
