Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had questioned the order dt.09.12.2015 in Rc.B.4851/2010 of the 4th respondent by way of appeal before the 3rd respondent along with the stay application, but the 3rd respondent has not granted any interim order therein. 3.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the 4th respondent in Rc.B.4851/2010 dt.09.12.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Pending disposal of the said appeal by the 3rd respondent, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order dt.09.12.2015 of the 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
