It is submitted that subject matter of this appeal has already been settled between the parties before Lok Adalat vide Award, dated 11.10.2017.

In that view of the matter, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the said Award passed by Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Appeal shall stand closed.
