When the petitioners filed W.P.No.23956 of 2016, this Court ordered to submit explanation to the impugned notices and the respondents have issued notice in pursuance to this order and after filing explanation, the respondents have passed orders on16-08-2016 saying that the petitioners have encroached the tank bed area adjacent to R&B road and they are running hotels and petty shops and Telas and passed orders to remove the encroachments on the deep curve of R&B road and Oorachervu of Meenavolu village to save lives of the people passing on the road. The petitioners have not filed any documents to prima facie establish title to the subject land. Respondents have passed orders stating R&B road margin is encroached by the petitioners. These disputed questions cannot be decided in the writ petition.

In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
