THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6061 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not digitally signing the revenue records of the petitioner's subject land.

This Court noticed that the petitioner did not apply in proper proforma for making digital signatures and in view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply for the same in the prescribed proforma under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. As and when such application is filed, it is needless to observe that the fourth respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after issuing notice to the parties interested in the said property.
