Petitioner filed W.P.No.11522 of 2019 challenging the decision of the appellate authority dated 30.05.2019 affirming the decision of the Tahsildar, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District, dated 07.09.2018. She also filed W.P.No.7251 of 2019 challenging the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 07.09.2018. Her further prayer is that though she filed appeal, but the Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, is not disposing of the same. Petitioner filed another W.P.No.11377 of 2019 challenging the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 08.09.2018 on the very same issue of mutation.

Petitioner now seeks to withdraw W.P.Nos.7251 and 11377 of 2019 and filed a letter dated 08.07.2019 to that effect. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents contends that he filed vacate petitions praying to vacate interim orders and to issue interim orders wrong pleadings are raised.

Since W.P.No.11522 of 2019 is pending on the very same issue of mutation, permission to withdraw W.P.Nos.7251 and 11377 is granted.

Accordingly, W.P.Nos.7251 and 11377 of 2019 are dismissed as withdrawn. The interim orders stand dissolved. The unofficial respondent is at liberty to raise all pleas as available in law including alleged suppression made by the petitioner, in the
