There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 16.09.2015. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners both in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
