This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.9 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.92 of 2019 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.9, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

As per the report, dated 02.03.2019 lodged with the police, there are specific allegations against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.9 constituting the offences punishable under Sections 498-A read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 4.

Under these circumstances, registration of FIR cannot be faulted with. It is not a fit case to quash the said proceedings. 5.
