HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.34045 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has been working as Anganwadi worker since the year 2001. Basing on a criminal case filed, F.I.R. was registered and the petitioner was arrested and later released on bail on 26-09-2016 and thereafter the respondents are not allowing her to join duty. As such, the petitioner made a representation on 16-05-2017. As no orders are passed, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the representation dated 16-05-2017 in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
