HACJ & Dr. SA, J W.P.No.9307 of 2019 Dt: 03-06-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the appointment and nomination of the Presidents to the District Consumer Fora, selected through notifications dated 03-08-2016, 11-08-2017 and 24-03-2018, issued by the respondent No.3, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

Having argued the case at some length, Mr. J.P. Rao, the petitioner-in-person, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh PIL challenging the appointment to the posts of Presidents to the District Consumer Fora before this Court.

The writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as sought for, is granted. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
