The Contempt Case is filed complaining the in action on the part of the respondent-authorities in complying the order dated 16.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.6170 of 2016 in W.P.No.4815 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that the order dated 16.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.6170 of 2016 in W.P.No.4815 of 2016 has been complied with and accordingly the contempt case may be closed.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
