Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.112/U, Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.113/U and Ac.3-08 guntas in Sy.No.112/E/2 of Varni Village and Mandal, Bodhan Revenue Division, Nizamabad District. As the petitioner has disputes with her neighbour, she made a representation on 30.05.2017 for conducting of survey and demarcation of her land followed by some other representations.

Alleging inaction on the representation made for conducting of survey, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader points out that there is prescribed proforma through which application for conducting of survey should be made. Apparently, petitioner has not made such application. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny this statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondents are negligent in acting upon the representation made by the petitioner for conducting of survey.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit F-line application through web portal of the State, the Writ
