HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44372 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 6 in not providing police aid for implementation of injunction order granted in his favour in O.S No.54 of 2013 on 14.09.2016, passed by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, restraining the 7th respondent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the above said property, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to 6 to provide police protection. Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that he filed representation, dated 01.12.2016, before the respondents 2 to 6 to provide police protection for implementation of the injunction order, dated 14.09.2016, passed in O.S. No.54 of 2013, by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, but the respondents 2 to 6 are not taking action on the representation made by him.

Considering the circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, the respondents 2 to 6 are directed to consider the representation, dated 01.12.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 20, 2016.
