THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.7248 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in conducting the elections to the posts of President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Vice President and Treasurer of Telangana Weight Lifting Association, Hyderabad. From the schedule of elections, it is seen that 07.04.2019 was fixed as the date of schedule of elections. Hence, by afflux of time, the cause of action does not survive in the present writ petition and it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
