THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45933 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to initiate action against the illegal and unauthorized constructions being made by the respondent Nos.5 to 9 in Sy.No.242 of Dhobhipet village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 9.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 9 submitted that the respondent Nos.5 to 9 have obtained permission from the concerned Gram Panchayat for construction of Masjid in the subject land. He further submitted that the respondent Nos.5 to 9 stopped construction of the Masjid for want of funds. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 9, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
