This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 483 (1)(B) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') to relax the condition imposed by VIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, FAC: Special Sessions Judge for trial and disposal of cases under POCSO Act, Ranga Reddy District in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2025 in Crime No.661 of 2025 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, vide order dated 08.10.2025.

Heard Sri T. Rahul, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri M. Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 - State.

Vide order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2025, trial Court passed the following order:

"The petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, P.S. Chaitanyapuri on every Monday and Saturday in between 10:00 a.m, and 02:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by the trial Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2025 in Crime No.661 of 2025 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station on 08.10.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer,

Chaitanyapuri Police Station, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
