Sri Ch. Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.2 is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned X-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.1215 of 2014, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
