THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9659 of 2009 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner seeks to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in constitution of the Trust Board for managing the affairs of Chamallamudi Tank (S.No.203), Chamallamudi Village, Vatticherukuru Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

On 01.05.2009, while admitting the writ petition, this Court directed respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2009, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Thereupon, the representation of the petitioner was considered and a reply was issued to the petitioner vide letter, dated 19.03.2009. While so, the petitioner filed WPMP No.21387 of 2001 seeking correction of the order, dated 01.05.2009. On 26.07.2001, this Court dismissed the said application giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter, dated 19.03.2009.

Today, it is represented that the petitioner came to be appointed as Single Trustee of the Board.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:27.07.2018 kdl
