THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.24488 of 2010 ORDER :

Sri P.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed in view of the Proceedings No.3843/2008/A3-Pts-1, dated 18-11-2010, issued by the 1st respondent during the pendency of the writ petition. He, therefore, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
