This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.483 of 2017 in Crime No.226 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Parigi, Ranga Reddy District registered against petitioner/Accused No.1 for the offences under Sections 494, 496, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.2 is present.

Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State has submitted that the case before the trial Court was ended in acquittal on 09.09.2022 and to that extent copy of the proceedings sheet downloaded from e-Courts is filed.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since the main case has already ben disposed of by the trial Court, no cause
of action survives to proceed with the case and thereby the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
