SMT. JUSTI CE T.RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TON No. 2 1 8 6 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-accused Nos. 2 and 3 in crime No. 433 of 2017 of Gachibowli Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the police, on information, raided a house and found the petitioners and accused No. 1 running a massage and brothel house by engaging five females.

3.

Hence, considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that accused No. 1 was already granted bail, does not help the petitioners as this petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail. They can also obtain regular bail by surrendering themselves before the Court below having jurisdiction. The Court below shall dispose of the bail application on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to pressure of other work.

4.

Subject to the above, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
