Mr. Ambadipudi Satyanarayana submits that with the passage of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
