THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.629 OF 2017 ORDER:

When this appeal is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that a letter, dated 20.11.2018, is filed before the Registry stating that he is instructed by the appellant to withdraw the above Appeal Suit and that in the said letter a request is also made to the registry to post the Appeal Suit under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Accordingly, when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal', learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the said letter and sought permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
