2. This Writ Petition questioning the inaction of the I respondent No.2 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2014 by setting aside the election of the respondent No.4 as Sarpanch of Gollapalli village of Khammam District.

As the tenure of the respondent No.4, as Sarpanch of Gollapalli village was expired in the year 20 18 itself, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive any more and thereb-v the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
