This writ petition is filed to direct respondents to regularize the services of petitioner by granting regular pay scales with all consequential benefits and also to direct respondents to refund the amount recovered from the salary of petitioner. When this matter has come up for hearing on 26.11.2015 on the request of advocate for petitioner, one week time is granted. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing neither advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. As petitioner has not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Considering these aspects, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
