Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

The limited grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition is the deed of Sale over the land to an extent of 1500 Square feet in Sy.No.158/2, of Mavala Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, is not accepted for registration by the Joint Sub-Registrar, Adilabad-6th respondent. To show the bonafides of presentation of document, petitioner enclosed at Page No.99 of the writ petition paper book the remittance by way of challan for an amount of Rs.6000/- towards stamp duty. 3.

That being so, if Rs.6000/- paid by way of challan is for the purpose of registration of document concerning the above property, the 6th respondent is directed to receive and process the deed of conveyance in accordance with the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and if the document is otherwise in order, shall register and release the same. For any reason if 6th respondent is not accepting the request of petitioner to register the document, he shall assign due reasons and communicate the decision to the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the document. 4.
