THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15817 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that they have applied to the 2nd respondent on 03.08.2015 for issuance of D-Form patta in respect of land of an extent of Acres 40-00 cents in survey No.1 of Pedaraopalli Village, Kothavalasa Mandal, Vizianagaram District on the ground that there was a judgment of the District Munsif Court, Srungavarapukota dt.28.12.1994 in O.S.No.496 of 1986 in their favour; and that the said representation is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioners within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dt.03.08.2015 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
