Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim directions of this court, the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, considered the representation of the petitioner for registration of two bore-wells in the subject land, and vide proceedings dated 02.05.2019 rejected the request of the petitioner, and challenging the same, W.P.No.27722 of 2019 has been filed, and hence the cause in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
