THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7262 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing improper and high billing in the month of January, 2019 and in disconnecting the power supply to the petitioner firm.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim orders granted on 03.04.2019, the petitioner firm has been paying the electricity charges regularly. He further submits that the petitioner gave a complaint, dated 11.02.2019, for redressal of his grievance in respect of the dispute in the writ petition, vide C.G.No.21/2009 Nirmal Circle, and now he seeks to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 9th respondent to dispose of his complaint in accordance with law.

Record the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 9th respondent to dispose of C.G.No.21/2009 Nirmal Circle, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the interim arrangement granted by this Court on 03.04.2019 shall continue till disposal of his complaint. No order as to costs.
