CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.429 of 2018 Dt: 28.06.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against Order, dated 13-12-2017, in WP.No.13584 of 2004.

After arguing the case and upon noticing the fallacy in the Judgment of the learned Single Judge whereby he has set aside both the punishments by holding that imposition of two punishments is bad, Smt.V.Preethi Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted and the Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, IA.No.2 of 2018, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
