The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not passing any orders on their representations dated 05.05.2016 for grant of D-form pattas in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.21 cents in Sy.No.188 of Lankal Gannavaram Village, P.Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District.

3. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the cases, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners on 05.05.2016 in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
