Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 22.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of relevance read as under:

"I humbly submit that at any point of time, this respondent never summoned the petitioner or his wife to the police station nor ask them to pay the due amounts to the 4th respondent or settle the transactions with the 4th respondent as alleged."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 22.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
