SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2197 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of his arrest in relation to Crime No.78 of 2016 on the file of Kothakota Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 471 and 109 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is not yet shown as accused. As there is an allegation that A1, along with others, committed the offence, the police, according to the public prosecutor's submissions, issued 41A Cr.P.C., notice to this petitioner along with some others. Hence, there is absolutely no apprehension of arrest of this petitioner.

Hence, in view of the above, this criminal petition is dismissed.
