HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 28718 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondents.

The petitioner is a Field Assistant for Kuruvalli Village, Aouru Mandal, Kurnool District.

Making certain allegations against the petitioner, a show cause notice was issued on 30.03.2015. The petitioner submitted his explanation. Thereafter, the third respondent issued proceedings dated 12.8.2015 terminating the services of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are vague and without conducting any proper enquiry his services were terminated. As the petitioner got an effective alternative remedy by way of appeal, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him by way of appeal. After presenting the appeal, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within 8 weeks from the date of presentation. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
