THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.130 of 2009 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the docket order passed in Crl.R.P.No.19 of 2008 on the file of the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, dated 02.04.2008.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition and to that effect, he also filed a letter dated 03.02.2016 before the Registry. In view of the letter filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
