On 18.06.2018, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioners. Even today also, though the matter is posted 'for hearing' as a last chance, there is no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the criminal petition.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed for default/ non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
