Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana), for respondents. 2.

It is admitted by both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.04.01.2016 in WP.No.42933 of 2015, and in order dt.14.11.2013 in WP.No.32666 of 2013. 3.

For reasons alike, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to petitioner to file an application to 2nd respondent seeking release of vehicle and if any such application is filed, the 2nd respondent shall consider the petitioner's application in the light of the law declared by the Division Bench in Saleem Tours and Travels v. Joint Transport Commissioner and Secretary, R.T.A., Hyderabad1, and the learned Single Judge in Shoukat Hussain v. Deputy Transport Commissioner and Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Adilabad2, and pass orders thereupon at the earliest and in any event, not later than 5 days from the date of receipt of petitioner's application. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
