This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 483 (1)(B) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') to relax/modify the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2785 of 2025 in Crime No.AirCus/49/Adjn/65/2025-AIU-C, Customs Department Rajiv Gandhi International Airport,

Shamshabad, Hyderabad, by the I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

Heard Sri Umesh Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

Vide order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2785 of 2025, trial Court passed the following order:

"The petitioner/accused shall appeal before the concerned S.H.O.

on alternative Wednesdays in between 11.00 AM and 01.00 PM after his release on bail till June, or until filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent authorities/ Investigating Authority as ordered by the trial Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2785 of 2025 in Crime No.AirCus/ 49/Adjn/65/2025-AIU-C, Customs Department Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, by the I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, is hereby relaxed/ modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent authorities/ Investigating Authority, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
