When the matter was listed on previous occasion i.e., 22.09.2022, none appeared for the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed on 23.09.2022, under the caption of 'for dismissal'.

Despite the matter being listed today, under the caption of 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner, which indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
