ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not selecting the petitioner's name in the list of probables for the team of 53rd National Games in Senior Cadre in Roller Skating held at Visakhapatnam from 23.01.2016 to 28.02.106 in spite of her meritorious performance in the games and her representations, dated 06.01.2016 and 12.01.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr. Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1665 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
