THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No.7287 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2.

Petitioner claims to be owner of land to an extent of Ac.11-25 gts. in Sy.No.84/2/A31 situated at Pulimamidi village, Kandukuru mandal, Ranga Reddy district. She made an application to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries in respect of the said land. It is needless to observe that if any such application is made by complying with all the required formalities, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law, after putting on notice the neighbours, within a period of two months from the date of making such application.
