As seen from the contents of the First Information Report, ercept the general allegation that the present petitioners, who being the father-in-Iaw and mother-inJaw, have harassed the de facto complainant for additional dowry to buy Television and Refrigerator, there is nothing on record to show that as to when and how many times they have harassed the defacto complainant.
Looking into the nature of allegations and having regard to the facts and circumstances ofthe case, without delving into the merits ofthe case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A-2 and A-3. The petitionerslA-2 and A-3 are granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:
(l) The petitioners/A-2 and A-3 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, CCC Naspur Police Station, Mancherial District, rvithin a period of four (4) weeks from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,0001 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.
