Smt. T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this revision with liberty to move the appellate Court, in A.S.No.348 of 2008, by way of an interlocutory application.

Liberty as sought for is granted and the CRP is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
