HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 971 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in registering Crime No.101/2016 on the file of Madanapalle II Town Police Station.

This Court by order dated 6.1.2017 directed the Police to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioners. Now the learned Government Pleader submits that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet also filed before the I Additional District Judge, Chittoor on 6.9.2016 and it is yet to be taken on file.

In view of the filing of the charge sheet, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
