When the matter is taken up, instructions furnished by the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Rural-2, APSPDCL, Guntur, have been placed on record by Smt. Jagarlamudi Koteswari Devi, learned Standing Counsel, for the respondents-APSPDCL. In the said instructions, it is stated eventually that no service connection of the persons, who did not give the lands to the Government under land pooling, is dismantled. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, ibf any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
