ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 04.01.2017, none appeared and no representation was made on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.1.2017, on which date also, none appeared and no representation was made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 3.2.2017.

Today also, none appears and no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
