This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2019 of Narayanguda Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 I.P.C. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

Having argued the matter elaborately, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
