Petitioner, who is A2 in Cr.No.38 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, S.V.U. Campus Police Station, Tirupathi, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 IPC and 76 of APCFA Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
