Natraj, the learned counsel for the petitioner, wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Family Court for seeking the custody of the minor child, Master A.Midhil.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty so sought for is hereby granted. There shall be no order as to costs.
